Alison Koenigs is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and strength and conditioning coach with a master’s degree in exercise science and a focus in sports nutrition. She specializes in helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence through realistic, personalized wellness strategies.

With experience supporting a wide range of individuals—from those navigating recovery and weight loss to those looking to optimize performance—Alison is passionate about making fitness approachable and empowering for everyone, including clients on GLP-1 medications or those new to exercise and nutrition.

Alison brings a supportive, goal-oriented approach to every session, combining evidence-based methods with a deep commitment to her clients’ long-term success. Her mission is to make health and wellness feel achievable and sustainable, no matter where you’re starting from.

Outside of coaching, Alison loves staying active, traveling, visiting her family’s lake cabin, golfing, and spending time with her daughter, Maxyne.
